ABOUT : The incense of Awaji Island and the matches of Harima...two traditional Japanese crafts that have been combined in this innovative Hibi incense (Hibi means day-to-day or daily in Japanese). Each incense stick lights as easily as a match and will burn for 10 minutes, leaving a lingering scent for several hours of aromatic bliss.
Hibi incense combines scent and flame together in one easily burned stick. No fussing around to find a flame here. Each box comes with a strike strip along the side and a non-flammable pad to lay the smouldering stick
FRAGRANCE : Japanese Wisteria - The scent of the graceful wisteria flower, traditionally adored in Japanese poetry, offers an aura of understated elegance.
HOW TO USE : Light the incense by gently striking the match-head on the side of the box (no lighter needed), allow the flame to settle into the incense and let it begin to burn on its own...then lay the stick on the special Hibi mat (included with each box) and enjoy
