If you need a delivery very quickly, please send us an email to email@example.com when ordering and we will do our very best to get it sent out to you the same working day if it is possible.
We recycle and reuse as much packaging as we can. This is a little thing that we can contribute to help the environment but also keeps the postage and packaging costs lower for you.
We always wrap everything beautifully inside the re-used packaging, so if it is a present for yourself or someone else then the inside will always look lovely when it comes through the letter box!
Please note: During the corona time we are experiencing small delays to European deliveries and long delays to deliveries outside of Europe. We thank you for your patience in this time.
International deliveries may take anything up to 2 weeks** within Europe and 6 weeks** outside Europe to arrive. Postage costs for international delivery are listed in the table above. Please also include a telephone number on International orders, as local couriers may need to contact you. Please note that if you choose an option without tracking we cannot be held responsible for any missing packages.
** please note! At very busy times (December!) - these shipping times may be longer, up to one month within Europe and worldwide can be even longer - please allow enough time!
Overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.

What to do if you want to return:
1. Email us email@example.com, with a note of your order number to tell us you would like to make a return.
2. Put the item back in the original packaging and send it safely and with the correct postage to Gathershop, Hannie Dankbaarpassage 19, 1053RT, Amsterdam
You have 14 days from the delivery date to let us know that you would like to return an item. Returned items must be in perfect condition. Please do not remove any tags or packaging. If an item is not in it’s original condition and packaging you will not be eligible for a refund. Sale items are not usually eligible for a refund unless faulty. For clothing and shoes and jewellery, you may try the item on at home but the items must not have been worn outside or for longer than just trying them on to be eligible to make a return.
For hygiene reasons it is unfortunately not possible to return earrings during the corona time.
Please note, we are unable to pay the postage cost for a returned item, unless faulty and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we are not be able to process a return that doesn't reach us safely in the post.
Within 10 working days of receiving your return we will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund your refund will processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges, we would advise to return an item and submit a new order.
We hope that your item reaches you in perfect condition and that you are very happy with it. If however an item arrives to you and it is faulty, please email us at email@example.com stating your order number and the nature of the fault, and we will arrange for a refund or exchange. Please post any faulty items to the above address.

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible. This is because the items sold on gathershop.nl are handmade and unique, we do not have suppliers that are factories or warehouses but individuals and small studios. (This also means sometimes products they may very slightly from the image shown in pattern or colour)
