The content is printed on FSC paper. The left page is printed with a weekly overview and on the right page, there is room for notes. The diary is divided into 3 separate booklets which can be taken out of the book. We printed them on FSC paper. The annual overview is divided into the first two booklets. The last booklet has a monthly overview and a number of pages of extra space for notes. And it has an expandable pocket in the back so you won't lose your notes.
